Guest guest
Alan, May I begin just a little avalanche?? Lol. ToTALLy AgrEE!! I like all subjects, I am a woman after all, heheehe, But I too have given this site link to many professionals to try promote LDN and see testimonials, read peoples experiences and satisfaction with this drug. When I see all the off-topic stuff, as much as I dont mind, I spare a thought to those who I am trying to convince, and I think - Oh dear, there goes the credibility of this being a serious promotional tool. Guest guest
Alan and Friday, I wholeheartedly agree. LDN is the first treatment I have become aware of that I have no qualms about unlike the recognised MS drugs. We as a group of individuals with a chronic disease (and all that goes with it) linking us desperately need sites such as this one to present an informed cohesive and credible opinion on LDN and its usage. Trying to convince Neurologists, GPs and Governments of the effectiveness and good sense (clinically, morally and economically) of using LDN to treat MS is going to be like skiing UP Mount Everest. The MS community has a huge task and responsibility (to everyone with MS and other autoimmune diseases) to educate and inform those who have the power and control over what drugs we receive that LDN is the best available option we currently have. So whilst I really do understand that because of the isolation we sometimes find ourselves in we do need to talk about any issue which affects our lives as MSers I do also recognise that there are appropriate forums in which to do this. One thing I have consistently found since being diagnosed 12 years ago is that we MSers CARE about each other tremendously and we are the greatest bunch of empathetic people around. However we also need to care for ourselves by getting LDN accepted as a mainstream treatment. If that happens we will have shown the greatest kindness and care to each other. So PLEASE lets ensure that this site evolves as the informative voice of experience on LDN that everyone one of us needs it to be. Also lets care for each other at more personal levels in other forums. Wishing you each better health and happy fortune and strength to keep fighting for what we each need.
