Guest guest
hey cathy yes me too! - I have had metallic taste from first starting LDN about 4 weeks ago (lessening slightly now) - I also have read 2 other posts siting same on this site a while back- could it possibly be an elimination of high metals in system through the tongue we are tasting? - lots of talk about high levels of mercury - some iron, also arsenic and other metals showing up in tests done to prior chelation therapy? (in MS patients - this is common) - LDN starting a healing elimination possibly? - this could be a positive sign - these are my theories anyway. I eat a lot of those handy Listerine strips in purse pack you can buy (temporary measure) - that helps - but the best answer I find is I drink chlorophyll liquid in water (you dilute down ...available in health food stores) - spearminty pleasant flavour- a detoxer and has calming affect too if stressed out - helps eradicate metal taste - and excellent health tonic all round anyway ...for anyone - was introduced to chlorophyll liquid by naturopath ($20 AU - lasts for ages-big bottle) less in $US? - wouldn't be without it now -excellent, one of nature's own little gems - hope that helps cathy - take care kellie from sydney ----- Original Message ----- From: " cathyl_us " <Meowbr@...> <low dose naltrexone > Sent: Wednesday, May 19, 2004 6:14 AM Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Metallic taste?? > Hello all - > > I took my first dose (4.5) Sat night; I began having a metallic taste > Monday.
