Spicy Tomato Tea: The #1 Remedy To Cure Severe Sinus Congestion

from lin, Wisconsin sent us this remedy and apparently it works

wonders! (See reader feedback below.)

Writes " After drinking this tea hot, your sinus congestion will disappear

REAL fast! All these ingredients not only work on the immediate symptoms, but

also add vitamin C to fight a cold and garlic to fight infection. "

Recipe: Add 1 cup tomato juice, 1 tsp chopped fresh garlic, 1/2 tsp of hot

sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice, and a pinch or two of celery salt for flavor. Heat

ingredients and drink hot.

[lists] cayenne pepper revisited

Hi

When i had my cold i was advised to take cayenne. My husband now has

the cold. It is not as bad as mine was but he has a streaming eye with

it. He decided to try the cayenne and his streaming eye stopped and

his nose dried up. Then eventually it started again and he again took

the cayenne and it cleared it up again This did not have the same

affect on me unfortunately but my husband is now a convert. cayenne

tea 3 or 4 times a day. I thought it was taken to help sweat the cold

out so i was surprised about this.
