Last night something happened that I can say with 100% certainty has not occurred in at least five years. I had just gotten into bed, and I began to feel a twitching itch on my right knee!! Of course, I couldn't reach it to scratch, so I had to get something long enough to reach. It's not that I'm so tall (5'2"), but since I'm so extremely stiff, I couldn't bend and raise myself to reach my knee! OK. Do ya'll (yes, I'm a Texan) think this is some kind of refiring of nerves or what?? As annoying as it was, I was very excited!!

I forgot to mention that I'm on day 197 of LDN. For a while I was alternating 4.5mg one night then 3mg the next. I journal, and after a while it was apparent that I was having more of what I refer to as 'good days' after taking the 4.5mg dose. Anyway... for what it is worth, that's my new experience!

Thanks for that post Marcie - I went up to 4.5 last week, and think

I am doing better on it. I had been concerned about trying it

because of all the posts where people thought the 4.5 had been worse

for them. It's all just so individual as to what works best that it

is good to hear both sides of the issue, and your 3.0 / 4.5

alternating experience was good to read about. I had considered

trying that too, but think with your lastest post, I will stick to

the 4.5.
