It is a delicious product (can't yet get it in the states). Friends sent me l3 jars which I can't use because of my sugar metabolism issue. It has some dextrose in it along with pumpkin seeds and rice bran. If any of you qxers want to try it, please e mail me privately. However, here's something else you can try: eat three protein meals with your vegetables--no pastas or breads. Then right before bed, take a couple of bites of a cracker or bread. Ezekeil or nongluten product.
