Guest guest
Dear Tina, I do know that one of its main ingredients is an extract derived from raw garlic (Allimax). Although I have not tried TIB, I have tried Allimax, with very limited success. I don't know how effective the other ingredients are. Out of curiosity, I am wondering if Candidaisis is the health issue you are addressing, or some other condition? Or, are you simply interested in building your immune system? If Candidaisis is your issue, (as it has been mine for most of my life) I recommend LIQUID Caprylic Acid supplements, which has been the most effective treatment I have found to date. Recently I have begun investigating a product called Del Immune-V (Lactobacillus Delbrueckii/ Lactobacillus Rhamnosus), which is proportedly is a FANTASTIC immune booster. It really looks promising. Guest guest
Where can you find beta glucan? do you have any other information or a website on this supplement? Thanks Jeanne -------------- Original message -------------- For boosting your immune system, I don't think you can do better than beta glucan. I've had great results with that. It activates macrophages, a type of white blood cell that is the body's first line of defense. According to its claims, it is supposed to help destroy > Candida buildup in your system.. > > Tina Tina, the product is billed as a prebiotic, but contrary to the company's claim, a prebiotic feeds probiotic organisms and allicin does not; it's a pathogen killer, and this componnt is what the anti- candida claim arises from. Here are the Total Immune Booster ingredients: Allimax®, a patented Stabilized Allicin Prebiotic; Living Grains, a full Eco-System Probiotic; Swedish Flower Pollen; Chinese Wolfberry; Whole Glucan Particulate Beta 1, 3-D glucan from Baker's Yeast. The probiotic in Total Immune Booster only supplies starter culture, it's not necessary to use a starter culture all -- all one needs is a specific prebiotic like inulin. In contrast, a product like Transfer Factor Plus Advanced Formula is a real immune booster; it increases natural killer cells 437%, several times more than any competing product on the market. Here's the chart: http://ok.my4life.com Transfer Factor Plus Advanced Formula contains beta glucans. You can add your own garlic to kill the candida.
