Question what kind of coconut oil to use

I'm working in Trinidad and I went to the pharmacy because I found the

coconut oil website. I just got pure coconut oil no virgin nothing like

that they only had pure coconut oil it's liquid and I put about a

teaspoon in my energy drink daily. Is pure coconut oil okay or does it

have to be virgin?
