Sometimes we get so bogged down in what supplement to take, what

modality to try that we overlook how beneficial yoga asanas can be for

our health. If you get a good instructor, esp. private sessions in

the beginning, energy blocks can soften and you'll feel more space in

your body. Plus it's something we (and our patients) can eventually

do on our (their) own. When there's more energy moving in the body,

the QX will work a lot better as will anything else we do for others.
