You do not need to pay anybody any money to learn what you can and cannot say about your services as a biofeedback professional. 2. The FDA requires every manufacturer to have an FDA compliance officer who know exactly what you can and cannot say. The FDA Compliance Officer for the EPFX/SCIO in North America is Gage Tarrant. 3. Health Canada requires every manufacturer to have a HC compliance officer who know exactly what you can and cannot say. The HC Compliance Officer for the EPFX/SCIO in North America is Gage Tarrant. 4. What Gage continually publishes is that you can tell anybody you are a Quantum Biofeedback professional trained to help them reduce their stress and pain. 5. If you have a legitimate license of any kind, you can tell your clients whatever your state or province allows you to say under the scope of practice for your license. 6. Those are the facts and you can get them for free anytime. 7. You're free to assume any level of risk you want to assume by saying whatever you want to say. But in my experience those who play by the rules make more money and sleep better in the long run. Peace,
