Guest guest
Hi Sev, You have mentioned cocnut milk freshly made from coconut meat which is obviously the best way. But this is too difficult for most people. I have tried using cans the problem is preservatives. The ones without preservatives add some kind of gum which makes it taste horrible for me. the one with the preservatives tastes fine but I am worried about the effects. What do you think? Secondly, I saw a recipe for making the coconut milk from coconut flour by mixing with hot water. What do you think of that? Suren
