Hi Sev,

You have mentioned cocnut milk freshly made from

coconut meat which is obviously the best way. But this

is too difficult for most people. I have tried using

cans the problem is preservatives. The ones without

preservatives add some kind of gum which makes it

taste horrible for me. the one with the preservatives

tastes fine but I am worried about the effects. What

do you think? Secondly, I saw a recipe for making the

coconut milk from coconut flour by mixing with hot

water. What do you think of that?
