Guest guest Posted January 17, 2006 Report Share Posted January 17, 2006 I have been taking coconut oil for weight loss for 4 days, after 2 days it has started making me feel drowsy. However, I lost 2 pounds over night. I have had to reduce it to taking one dose (tbsp) a day and I am worried I will have to stop it completely as it seems to act like a sleeping tablet.
