Guest guest
Hi Al: LOL. This is what I am trying to do: We have the fasting insulin data from WUSTL, averaging 1.4 mIU/ml. We also now have something saying that the healthy threshold for insulin should be revised down from 120 mg/dl to 100 mg/dl. I am wondering where the 1.4 mIU/ml fits relative to the 100 new benchmark. (WUSTL shows that the 1.4 compares with 5.1 for the controls). Not a big deal really. Just curious. TIA. Hi All, Based on " FPG at 110 mg/dL (6.11 mmol/L) " , fasting blood glucose of 1 mM = 18 md/dl. Cheers, Al Pater.
