Interesting.

The RDA in MNHD is 15 mg. My MV is 30 mg. The bottle says 150% implying 20 mg.

Dietary Reference Intakes for Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid, Biotin, and Choline (1998)shows an Upper limit of 35mg based on limiting flushing.

I go over that almost every day if I take the MV.

The RI:

is 16 mg for us.

Regards.

" Nutrient intake was determined by food frequency questionnaire. "

I am skeptical when this method is used, I guess they figure that

all the distortion in self reporting averages out. It's enough to be

intrigued, but not enough to justify supplementation.
