Guest guest
Interesting. The RDA in MNHD is 15 mg. My MV is 30 mg. The bottle says 150% implying 20 mg. Dietary Reference Intakes for Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid, Biotin, and Choline (1998)shows an Upper limit of 35mg based on limiting flushing. http://books.nap.edu/openbook/0309065542/html/123.html I go over that almost every day if I take the MV. The RI: http://books.nap.edu/books/0309065542/html/567.html#pagetop is 16 mg for us. Guest guest
" Nutrient intake was determined by food frequency questionnaire. " I am skeptical when this method is used, I guess they figure that all the distortion in self reporting averages out. It's enough to be intrigued, but not enough to justify supplementation.
