Of course the Okinawins are not an example of CR. I don't

have the book handy to check the facts but are they just an example of

a population 'squaring the curve" of normal human life expectancy.

There are more centenarians and advanced elderly leading vital lives

capacity than any other natural population.

If you add a CR dimension to their diet/life-style may be

you will get some extended life expectancy???
