Guest guest
Marsha: congrats on your steady weight loss. You are doing great! I too will be thrilled to live as long as my mother (almost 98),. She actually did pretty well, independent til the age of 97 1/2, with only occasional flare ups of arthritis. until the last 7 months of her life when it all went downhill. At that point (as my husband likes to say) I'd like to call in Dr. Kevorkian, or give me a pink pill to put me out of my misery. OTOH, my father died relatively young and I lost both brothers in their 60's. on 7/21/2004 12:26 AM, Marsha Becco at beccous@... wrote: > On some web sites I saw Adequate Nutrition and Optimum Nutrition. With my weight, I just don't want to die at 74, like my mother. > Thanks, mjb >
