Guest guest
hi everybody! I have a client whose main concern is her " eye dark circles or rings " . I've been doing the antiaging therapies in bodyscan and in timed therapies but I would like to reinforce with nutritional recommendations, does anyone know what she should eat and what not? Guest guest
Dark circles under the eyes can be a sign of depleted adrenals, so you may want to check her adrenals/endocrine system. Guest guest
Hi. Eye dark circles or rings are usually allergies. I would explore this area further with her. Guest guest
Hello , Dark circles have been associated with many defiencies, pantothenic acid being one, vitamin K another. The acupuncturist I used to office with believed it was also an indication of weak kidney jing, as well as intestinal issues, so I would check for sensitivies in the allersodes panel and desensitize from the allergy therapy panel. Weak kidney jing is inherited from the mother, if Mom had it, so would her children, so herbs in support of jing would be what I would take. Dragon Herbs (www.dragonherbs.com) has a jing formula. I would work with the kidney sarcodes, unblocking them with automeridians, kidney stone zapping and tending to digestion and the bowel flora balance, working the nutrition panels to increase resonance with the supplements, and to give it time as they will probably not go away over night. Guest guest
Dear , I will paste below some information for you to review from one of the articles that I put together for our monthly newsletters a while back. I will also attach the article/form which I created that you or clients can go through and be able to read their faces and then confirm your findings with the SCIO. Best Wishes, Nirvana LIVER Area under the eye is dark brown and has a congested look? Stressed liver, frustration, anger and alcohol. KIDNEY Half moon-shaped area under the eyes, puffy or blue? Overworked, worries, poor sleep, too much coffee, juggles too many commitments & depleted adrenals. The area around the eyes corresponds to the kidneys. Swelling around the eyes? Too many fats. Red or purple color under the eyes? Blood stagnation in the kidney region. SPLEEN Brown under the eyes? Spleen & Pancreas (Excess weight, stomach disorders, cysts, under weight, loose stools, hemorrhages, hemorrhoids, blood sugar imbalances, varicose veins, bulge at side of big toe, endometriosis, and …….. Allergies) Corral <jcorral@...> wrote: hi everybody!I have a client whose main concern is her "eye dark circles or rings".I've been doing the antiaging therapies in bodyscan and in timed therapies but I would like to reinforce with nutritional recommendations, does anyone know what she should eat and what not? Guest guest
Eye circles, under or around? Raccoon eyes? Eyes are the mirror to the sole and as such we are looking at more than one possibility here. 1. Soft tissue damage. Does she rub her eyes, do they itch or are they dry? If so unconscious habit is to rub around them. Same as if your eyes are strained and you rub them because they are tired. 2. Does the client have allergies? Allergy eyes are a normal problem and will show not only redness in the eye, but also darkness and shadowing around the base of the eyes, often with much puffiness in the outside edges more than in the center. 3. With allergies comes liver stress (or vise-versa) so even thought the circles are not Primarily talked about as "liver" issues we still need to address this. 4. Kidneys are the primary talked of organ and don't forget the Adrenals sit on the Kidneys, so is one is stressed, it's not uncommon for them both to do it. 5. Mineral deficiencies can also be attributed so look at nutrition. If the forehead also has horizontal lines probability is it is linked to the intestines....do you see vitamin K issues in Trivector? Then also suspect leaky gut and no wonder about the mineral and nutritional absorption problem. One of my favorite products is Stone Free, it is known to help the liver, kidneys and gallbladder. Made from Planetary Formulations. Just start Following the Yellow Brick Road and you'll find your way. Guest guest
The Adrenal glands sit on top of the kidneys, therefore when the kidneys are affected so are the adrenals and conversely when there is an adrenal imbalance such as adrenal exhaustion the kidneys will be affected. Shock trauma, life threatening experiences, stress are usual causes of adrenal exhaustion. To confirm adrenal exhaustion, get your client to lie on their back and press around the navel at 4,O'clock and 8 O'Clock at a 45 degree angle towards the centre. 12 O'Clock being on the mid line on the upper part of the navel and 6 O'Clock on the mid line on the bottom part. These points are Kidney 15 ! and this is the adrenal reflex. usually the person goes ouch. Now, just for interest, press Kidney 2, this is the fire point on the kidney vessel. if this is sensitive, press and treat kidney 7, 10 and 27. then check 4 and 8 O'Clock again. they should be better. A sensitive kidney 2 can also indicate ovarian problems, inflammation, hormonal etc in women. so there may be a connection between these dark circles and ovary function. or try treating these points on qx. Personally i have never done this on qx but it might be interesting. Finally the kidney energy is the deepest energy in Acupuncture since it is related to the ancestral qi. Therefore unlike the Liver for example which can be affected rapidly, the kidneys take a far greater period and changes will happen slowly. Clients, especially women who wear short tops as fashion statements, leave their mid regions exposed and risk affecting the kidney energy, get your client to wrap up her? waist. Japanese women wear a thick Obi belt around their waists for this reason. Now, if you try the above please let me know the result because we want to know what happened!
