Guest guest
Hi, What is -700 weight off? JMDuncan Crow <duncancrow@...> wrote: > Any ideas would be greatly appreciated- I have not used adipose> dissolve but I have used -700 -weight off. Much appreciation.> O'Lone, I've had or seen phenomenal results without resorting to fad diets or fat-burning herbs. For weight loss, the main things to think about are caloric intake vs. the amount of energy expended, and also toxin load. Exercise is invaluable for expending energy; the rest can be done with diet restriction and a couple of supportive supplements.Toxin load impairs cellular function and ATP energy production by "smothering" cell function. Reduce toxin load.Carbs are a metabolism reducer AND growth hormone reducer. Reduce carbohydrate loading and increase protein, which is a metabolic increaser. For everyone under training, the elderly and people with metabolic syndrome (syndrome x), increasing the secretion of growth hormone to youthful values can really melt off visceral fat and simultaneously rebuild all lean tissue including organs and muscle mass.Several mechanisms exist to increase ATP energy production and its recycling without the use of stimulants or thermogenic herbs. Besides unimpeding mitochondrial production of ATP by rducing toxins as already mentioned, one can also repair mitochondria that have already been damaged, and also induce the body into "fat burning mode" which of course has direct application for weight loss. This is where my program shines.Increasing fat burning is an aerobic process, meaning it requires oxygen to increase ATP. Maybe extra oxygen does not have to be added into the equation but it's worth a look. An aerobic body is better able to produce energy and also to purge toxin load via oxidation performed by the liver.Details of the above approaches are available if you write me; mention "energy production" or "weight loss" depending on your choice in the subject line so I don't miss the mail.I would suggest something like the Atkins diet, but I don't believe in diets as much as I do in metabolic control.regards,Duncan Crow............................................ Guest guest
As one of the " majority " of our U.S. population now that has a weight problem, let's remember this is a huge problem, caused by many, many issues. Please do not use the old " medical " thinking that all who are overweight are so because of their lack of awareness and the inability to control what food is put into their mouths. Surely we have come past that into the realization that we are in a very toxic environment and now must address the issues it causes, including weight. This is one of the hardest issues to address because not only is toxicity involved but the endocrine system it poisons. The hormones they produce, and the process of elimination that gets clogged along the way. We do need to address the emotions involved but they are numerous and independent upon every person we work on and looking at them in the sense that they are unaware may cause more negativity than helpfulness in their therapy. Kathy; I confess to not being conversant with the capabilities of the QXCI yet, as my friend hasn't shown it to me yet, but I'd like to make a few generic comments. A couple of existing methods to increase energy levels and promote weight loss may be achievable with it. A recent development, the LifeWave Energy Patch uses no drugs or substance for the body, but only stimulates by proximity to specific energy centers a burning of fat, which releases 50% more ATP than glucose and prevents the body from fermenting the glucose. This energy ripple if you will is achieved by specific organics contained in the patch. Energy increase is about 40%, achievable in about 10 minutes. This HAS to use up calories. Anyway, in theory we could apply the technique using several types of bioelectromagnetic equipment. You mention " many issues " , some of which have been identified, such as toxin blockage and mitochondrial damage. Several health products and even liver flushes reduce toxin load. Another product heals mitochondria; it also allows the user to feel more energy in 10 minutes or so. I think attention to ATP (Krebs cycle) will be an important part of a therapy, generally speaking, as this will allow faster recovery, detox, weight loss, all of that. If anyone wants the " other half " of a QXCI weight loss program that contains supportive fundamentals most programs don't take into account, write privately, asking for " weight loss " or " energy " in the subject line. Guest guest
the vastly main issue is blood sugar regulation which in the vast majority of cases originates from lidetsyle of which ****food is the main culprit with knock on effects on endocrine..many thyroid issues are of blood sugar origins. So what goes in the mouth is in my opinion and experience (from results) primary..specific sugar sililars like aspartame , MSG etc are now heavily implicated BUT the route effected is blood sugar control. 99 to 135% of our clients will have this issue Kelsey PhD QXCI User Manual Author, Advanced Trainer Visit www.qxcisynergy.co.uk for tech infos weight loss > > > > > > > > I have a client who weighs 300lbs. Guest guest
I agree- usually I find it’s a hormonal imbalance caused by stress And emotions, etc that puts weight on.. but I do see some different Situations – like I have a lady who was in an accident and has some Different internal damage, like she no longer has a spleen.. I am not Sure what to do about this, but I think her weight issues could be more Physical issues.. Guest guest
Duncan, thank you for that information as it confirms my view of some of the issues that the group need to address besides the lack of knowing what we eat . As you address some of the areas that are the hardest to get to with any therapy. I personally would love to know what else you have to say on this issue. Please do not keep this for just the few who respond to you but put it over this web page. Weight issues are a huge (no pun intended) problem and something all technicians will need to address. Most of us here have tried many diets too so we understand the frustration. Where in Australia are you from? I live in the suburbs of Houston, Texas. I've been to Freemantle and Perth but that's it in Australia. I worked as a ship engineer in a former life and we refueled at a port near Freemantle. I took the train to Perth just for fun. The previous port was Mombasa, Kenya where I stood out like a sore thumb with my blonde hair and light complexion. I blended in in Australia as long as I kept my mouth shut. I felt right at home. I miss traveling. Hopefully we can save up and start taking the kids neat places when they are older. Ann

I was about 165 and almost 5'10, people still always commented on my weight. I had that morph problem. Boy, wouldn't I love to be a nice 175 right now, that is a good healthy weight for me. So I come here and continue my program. Haven't gotten on the scale in a few weeks, I get so frightening about that damn scale. Guest guest
>however > to this woman being overweight is devastating. I'm sorry, but I agree with Ann on this one. Thinking oneself as grossly overweight with just a few pounds to lose to get back to a size Zero is NOT the same as someone who has to lose over 100 just to get back onto the BMI scale. That's not vanity - that's an emotional and eating disorder! The original owner *started* this list because of people like the woman Ann quoted. Even on other weight loss lists people our size are humiliated. I once saw a thread where people wrote " GASP " when a new member wrote that she weighed 200 pounds! Now how screwed up is *that*?! There is such a severe problem with body dismorphia ( http://www.thesite.org/healthandwellbeing/askthesiteqandas/generalhealthqand as/dismorphiadifficulties )in America today it's amazing *anyone* is perceived at an " ideal weight " *except* for the cadaverous-looking media stars, like Ritchie and Lohan! Seeing the post Ann copied here just solidifies the need for a list like this one, IMO. Sue in NJ Who agrees with the actress Mon'Nique, who once wrote " Skinny women are evil!
