Email richard@... for details with may converters it is necessary to try different drivers. As far as bringing it up, it should come up on it's own on the test matrix page at the bottom of the screen. (It should also have brought up a test before demographics, when you first load Clasp 32 checking the wrist and head harness). If it does not then on the Test Matrix page there is a dropdown (second from the bottom, unless yours automatically alphabetizes the list) for SCIO device) when you click this it should bring up the SCIO button which did not show up on the bottom ruler bar of your computer. If your program is not a new one for SCIO or the machine does not register your box you will get a message on your machine when you clicked the drop-down button. Hope this helps.
