Dear Mr. Nielson,

You need to change your 'dpi' settings. Please follow: Start / Settings / Control Panel / Display / Settings / Advanced / DPI Settings = Select 'Normal size (96).

Hello group,

I recently invested in a QXCI device, which my wife is learning how

to operate.

The 'Body Scan and Face Therapy'screen is missing four buttons at

the bottom of the screen. (Remove Back, Reduce Back, Repeat, &

Cybernetic Connection) I understand these buttons are essential.

If anyone knows how to repair this glitch, your input would be much

appreciated.

Hi,

The buttons will pop up when the scan is finished. First you do a Scall all then go to the top left and click on front, then then "treat foci " till all the foci disappear. You have to watch because they like to hide. Just keep clicking on the treat foci and when they are clear do side left, side right, back, and aura, the same way. When your finished with the aura, the bottom buttons will appear. Now you will have an aura but you will notice the chakras are not in line, so you click on cybernetic correction then click OK Now the chakras are in line now click on retest till you see the aura, but no more thatn 5 times.

These may not be missing, please check the following: Bring up the Aura page and do the aura scan. When this is complete make sure it is on the "Aura" on the top panel, if it shows the smooched picture of the spine of the back, or sides of the body the panels on the bottom will not be visible. They will only show if it is on the Aura panel. You might also need to move the page down if your computer screen does not show the whole thing at one time.

Often the buttons are not missing but obscured.

On the right hand side of the screen use the scroll down arrow to expose those lovely four buttons.
