They sell it on ebay. http://www.iirec.co.il/siteEng/research.asp I heard back from my friend that works at GE, and he confirmed what I have already experienced first hand, and that is that the fluorescent lightbulbs can emit mercury vapor when the vacuum seals on the ends are not tight.
