You want to get her of painkillers. Use natural anti-inflammatories - Boswellic acid, ginger, quercetin, tumeric, willow (unlike aspirin does not thin the blood or irritate stomach lining), ashwanganda, cat's claw, devil's claw, DL-phenylalanine (an amino acid), bromelain, papain, fish oil (omega 3), peppermint etc.- as appropriate. Use QX to check for her various needs.

Frequent side effects of NSAIDS (Non Steroidal Anti Inflammatory Drugs i.e painkillers):

Stomach pain, heartburn, nausea

Cartilage/bone degeneration (one patient has osetoporosis after 18 years of NSAIDs)

Leaky gut syndrome

Cramping and diarrhoea

Fluid retention and weight gain

Drowsiness, dizziness and mental fuzziness

Wounds bleed, heal more slowly

Adverse reaction with alcohol or vitamin C (aspirin only)

Ringing ears

Lowering night time melatonin levels (powerful antioxidant, anti-cancer amongst other things)

Common Side Effects

Gastric ulcers

Serious gastric bleeding

Rare Side Effects

Anaemia from bleeding ulcers

Infertility in men and women

Liver or kidney damage (especially acetaminophen rather than aspirin)

Will talk about liver problems on Sunday. Cheers, Azizah

I believe we can detox allopathy on the green panel that comes up before detox panel opens, under the 'Hold' is a window for 'Specify Allopathic Rx. Type in what pills you want to detox.

long time use of pain killers

Hi folks, I have a patient taking pain killers for many years already forBechterew / spondylitis. Could anyone advise me? The QX says: infection inthe gray matter of the spinal cord in the 1st place. But also: toxicityfrom allopathy... so .. big bottle neck? Thanks in advance. Noel.............................................

Long term use of painkillers will lead to leaky gut and badly interact with

uptake of nutriton needed to get of Bechtrew. Stop that use! It breaks down

the bones...make it worse

Use ear seed acupunctur and Nicken magnetic terapi as well as Tahitian Noni

Juice for pain killing. The juice is antiinflamation and the strongest

antioxidant i know, i have used it for years. It´s safe and I got fantastic

results in 80% av all cases. To order: referer to distrubutor no 112494 Ruth

Saveholm, get your own number if you want to..

www.tahitiannoni.com for information were to order in your country.

Acupuntur: use seed from chinese herb or mustard and place it in (medical

tape) back area in ear att the reflex place for lover back and one i Shen

Men arerea. For patient to press on tre times daily.

On qxci: use dermatom program in spinal L5 and down. It reduces pain.

Azzizah, thank you for your vast explanation again. I'm sorry I was gone so quickly afterwards last sunday. I didnot know how/ where to spend the night re. to catch the plane at 6.00 am., all the way at Stenstad, so I was stressed. But I had purchased the book "promissed fullfilled" about Bill , so my stay at the airport was well done....about the iatrogenic/drug toxins thing... What would you say; first give the herbs or put emphasis on detoxification ? Noel.

Noel: Sorry I didn't say 'hallo' on Sunday and Thankyou Azizah for the seminar.

Re pain killers - I have excellent results using Petasites for pain relief and weaning off allopathic drugs liek NSAIDS and whilst the herbal anti-inflams such as those Azizah mentioned are coming up to scratch, which takes time. This herb - obtainable in capsules(e.g. fromBioforce in Scotland) are neurosedative so work fast - within 20 minutes - yet is non-toxic in reocmmended doses (1 - 2 capsules, 3 pdi up to 4 at any one time.) There are no restrictions to long term use yet, obviously should be reduced when the antiinflams are knocking in.

Its effective spasmolytic action can react with allopathic CNS depressants or stimulants (e.g. tranquillsers, barbiturates and antidepressant)and can delay/decrease effect of antibaterial drugs, nalidix acid and sulfonamides. I understant it can also increase the action of other analgesics or anaesthetics - all of which, hopefully, are not being taken.

Research showed positively for stomach, intestine, biliary tract, chronic gastritis, gastroduodentis + lower back pain due to slipped discs. Also good for fibromylagia and/or otheracute/chronic musculoskeltal conditions (RSI etc) although I haven't seen research in this area yet (but it works!).

I prescribe for

Best wishes

Hello Noel

It was good to meet you; so now I can put a face to a name. Thank you for coming all that way and I hope you will come again in the future. and I are going to devise a programme for QXers next year that you won't be able to resist.

I would give the herbs and detox at the same time - i.e help the organs of detoxification (liver) and organs of elimination (kidneys, bowel, skin and lungs) - the latter first of course. - on the QX (regularly) and using herbs, diet etc.

Keep up the good work and keep well yourself, Azizah

Good to see you, thanks for attending and thanks for that extemely useful info. Will try petasites with some of my people. I actually use a lot of the Biofroce range of products. I think their wheat germ oil is smashing - especially for women of a certain age.

Keep well, azizah

In response to your query: Petasites is a single herb - P. Hybrides, a member of the daisy family - and available as capsules containing 25mg of the extractfrmo both leaves and root. Bioforce's tel no. is (UK) 0800 085 0820/0821 and their helpline is 0845 608 5858. Web = www.bioforce.co.uk. Their head nutritionist/herbal adviser recommended this to me for a client with fibromylagia and for another with carpal tunnel and Ive also used it since for other conditions as varied as RA to gastroduodenitis. Each has found it effective although clearly this must only be used for symptomatic relief whilst the real cure is put into place alongside, together with detox protocols et al. Not to be used during pregnany/lactation and no restrictions stated long term. Hope this helps. Best wishes
