Guest guest
What an interesting idea-please post your results if you do it. Acupuncture & the EPFX Has anyone used acupuncture and the EPFX at the same time? I'm an acupuncturist and was wondering if using acupuncture at the same time could enhance the EPFX session or if it would disrupt it. Guest guest
I only applied to one client, so I cannot say it will work always the same way. The client wasn't rectifying more than 36 and even going down after the 3rd time. I did Holographic Meridian Scraping Therapy at Gb20 and around this point for less then 2 min and when I went back to the Muscle panel to press 'start' again, it rectified 99. Next few therapies also rectified from the first time as before I needed 2-3 times. I am a body worker who does cranial work, tri-release therapy, accupressure, energy work etc. I do my work on a person at the same time I have them hooked up to the EPFX. For me it works well. I have been working this way for quite a few years. Sherry
Guest guest
Acupuncture is a self-regulating therapy. The acupoints are unique electromagnetically (per Dr. Becker's research) and thus acupuncture electromagnetically influences the body. By adding eletromagnetic therapy at the same time as acupuncture we can benefit the body or interfere with the body's reaction. I have a colleague who once said "Acupuncture is very forgiving", meaning you can give a treatment which may not be exactly what the patient needs and yet they have benefit. However, the flip side of this is whenever we influence the body energetically we can interfere with the self-regulating mechanisms in place. No effective therapy is totally without possible negative effects if given under the wrong circumstances or given incorrectly. I've taught electroacupuncture going on 12 years (practiced for 20 years) and there are distinct differences between different energetic approaches i.e. milliamperage, microamperage, ion cord treaments, etc. Even Reiki can negatively impact some people. The state of the practitioner's chi can influence the treatment good or bad. SO, be careful when adding any energetics to your acupuncture treatment. You can overload the body energetically. Guest guest
It disrupts it...6 years ago when I first got the QXCI, I thought I'd try a few needles during a session...kept alarming (of course metalic interference...makes sense)...do acupuncture afterwards if you want. Guest guest
I combine Tung's acupuncture and EPFX for difficult disease. The other cases, Tung's acupuncture is enough. Guest guest
I couldn't agree more with this one. In fact, I react usually adversely to acupuncture treatments. When I studied with Dr. Worsley, he taught us to clear certain blocks before we do a regular treatment and each treatment is done according to the person's constitution. Symptoms are not treated. That's the beauty of classical five elements. You can screw up a person's system with electroacupuncture or any needles (or no needles). I try to really be modest when balancing myself with the EPFX...I don't hook myself up because I'm really sensitive. But even so, sometimes my head starts to buzz and I feel like I'm on speed. The source points are the only points that are " safe. " Any other points played with unless you really know that person's body, is playing with fire. I cringe when I hear about these doctors who take a few weekends and then are licensed to practice. is Rotella, M.Ac., CNC > > Acupuncture is a self-regulating therapy.
