Guest guest
Hi Sharon, I would suggest trying: 1. An internal salt water scrub: i.e. 10ml uniodated salt in 1 litre warm water first thing in the morning. This will give diahorrea for a couple of hours, but definitely clear out the GI tract. Low grade constipation is often a cause of kidney stone formation. 2. Put the child on Hulda 's herbal kidney programme for at least six weeks. The complete book, Cure for All Diseases, including this kidney programme is available free at www.royalrife.com/books 3. Drink at least 1 litre natural fresh apple juice a day for a week (this softens the stones) and then have her sit in a bath of tepid water all day and ONLY eat watermelon - nothing else to eat or drink. This has helped a lot of people painlessly pass kidney stones. By the way, if the child has a sugar problem or is diabetic - the watermelon cure cannot be used. My nephew was plagued with kidney stones when he was 9 years old. I did not then have a QX, but after much pain and horrible tests and ultrasound blasting away of the stones, the doctors discovered that he retained too much calcium. He has been using the above suggestions (by the way he is now 20 years old) and only has a problem now if he is constipated at all, then he does the internal salt scrub and voila - no more problems. Hope this helps Voni Sharon wrote: Any suggestions of what you have found the best to help clean out the kidneys? Guest guest
The quickest way to break up the stones is to use an Amazon herb called "Quebra Pedra", which means "stone breaker". Quebra Pedra is legendary in its role of breaking stones both in the kidneys and the gallbladder. Look up the website www.riohealth.co.uk The company is in the UK and it costs £15.99 British pounds for one pot of 90 capsules. Take 3 a day for 6 weeks - so you will need 2 pots. Quebra Pedra will break up both calcium oxalate stones as well those formed by too much cholesterol. Side effects is mild diuretics - like drinking tea or coffee. The herb is also anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and is used for urinary infections and hepatitis. Diagnosing the type of stone is critical to determining the type of therapy. Does her doctor know what the stones are made of - 1. calcium oxalate (frequency 30-35%) 2. calcium oxalate + calcium phosphate (frequency 30-35%) 3. magnesium ammonium phospahte (frequency 15-20%) 4. uric acid (frequency 6-10%) 5. cystine (frequency 2-3%) Prevention of recurrence is the long term treatment/goal of kidney stones. Diet is of the utmost importance. Diet for calcium stones - stones are usually caused by low fibre, high refined carbos + sugary foods, large amounts of animal protein, high fat intake, high intake of high-calcium, low-magnesium, vtamin D-enriched milk products and high alcohol consumption (for adults). So, take care of this and recommend the right kind of foods including high intake of high magnesium-to-calcium-ratio foods. Low purines; low oxalate-containing foods. Limit intake of dairy products and increase vitamin K-rich foods. For magnesium ammonium phosphate stones - identify infections and eradicate; acidify urine with ammonium chloride. For uric acid stones - decrease purines; alkalize urine. For cysteine stones - avoid methionine-rich foods; alkalize urine. Factors that favour stone formation: 1. Anything that increases the concentration of stone crytalloids - includes reduction in urine volume (dehydration) and an increased rate of excretion of stone constituents. 2. Anything that favours stone formation at normal urinary concentrations - such as stagnation of urine flow (urinary stasis). pH changes, foreign bodies and reduction of normal substances that make the stone constituents soluble. Cranberry juice is excellent for prevention - but not one loaded with sugar. Aloe vera and senna also have compounds which bind calcium. Use the SCIO to investigate some or all of the above and do appropriate therapies. I have listed most things 'cause I don't know what the circumstances are. If she is anaemic, think also of folic acid deficiency and recommend foods rich in FA. Vitamin K is necessary in the manufacture of a molecule that is a powerful inhibitor of kidney stone formation. That constant thirst and peeing + low blood sugar - not good signs. Take care, Azizah Kathy wrote: Does she drink soda (pop)?
