Anyone know how this works?

Is it 90 days from the order receipt? or order placement? and do they have to

receive it

within the 90 days.

I ordered a pendant 91 days ago, sigh. It was shipped 89 days ago and I received

it 86

days ago.

I did contact the company a few weeks ago saying I wanted to return it because

it didn't

seem to be helping me. They sent a reply saying I had 90 days and that they

encouraged

me to use it to try it and had suggestions, instructions attached for removing

it for 7-10

days and then retrying it.

Of course, now after the flu going around our house and an unplanned nanny

replacement, I I still want to return it. It is too late for tonight's pickup,

but I can still send

it by courier tomorrow or possibly 2 day express to get it there by Friday.

Anyone had any experiences with these people? Are they sticklerish about dates?
