EMFs from underground power lines

A friend of mine asked me to bring over my Trifield meter so she could

test her boyfriend's house. I was surprised to find elevated fields in

the whole house, up to 4 milligauss (in the front rooms).

Realised that the same reading was outside and along the pavement.

Other side of the road had negligible reading. Readings are no doubt

coming from an underground power line.

Would it help talking to Maui Electric? Would they even know what we

are talking about?

Can anything be done about this sort of situation?

My friend says she feels tired and stressed.
