I find the satellites can be a problem too.

Somewhere I'd found that virtually the whole planet is viewed 11 times a day by

satellite.

To see if that was what I was feeling, for a couple days when I was home (this

before more neighbors were bringing in wireless), I wrote down every time I felt

that " heat " and pressure coming in and noticed the direction, I got all 11 of

them. When it came, it usually went for 20 minutes. Sometimes 2 would be

overlapping part way through, and then it would be almost 40 minutes.

Using binoculars at night, I found there are satellites almost always in the 3

directions they mainly came from. One at night is sometimes particularly

annoying, and also bright enough to see easily with the eyes.

My memory has been pretty rough lately too. I've been reading more on the

hippocampus and what can help, there are aminos that may be useful in that area

too:

http://www.vitamins-supplements.org/amino-acids/

Glycine I believe was one, and can't recall the other at the moment for sure.

I'm having trouble knowing what msg. to respond to where today, so it is going

here, but also, for memory, fogginess at least, to help relieve that carbonated

mineral water is useful. It breaks down methane buildup in the brain and

relieves it rather quickly.

Good to keep that, or a bottle of electrolyte mix at least with you.

That can get there just like outside the body, " composting " heat, pressure, and

not enough oxygen. The CO2 helps relieve that, and the electrolytes, help

balance things out also.

Check your choice of water though, some are very high in fluoride such as

?Apol?? -something close to Apollyon, lol.

Sanfaustino and then Gerolsteiner is some of the lowest brands, Perrier contains

a fair bit, but you could add a little extra calcium to the water before

drinking to let if bind to.

who experienced this waking up at the same time every night, She took her meter

readings then at the same time, sure enough, a satellite was going overhead in

it's orbit, disturbing her friend's sleep.
