Did you ever post that information? IIRR you did say as a diabetic, you keep daily carbs to around 15 gms? I'd really like to know how you accomplish that. Do you basically eat Atkins Induction forever? I'm working on reducing my carbs, did buy a couple carb counter books and find them helpful. For me helpful, as I was shocked ot see how loose I had gotten with daily total carb intake. A real wakeup call.
