Guest guest
I'm writing to report that in the seven days I've followed Dr. Walford's Anti-Aging Plan (CRON diet)I've lost two pounds and have increased my energy level. I read his book a week ago, and decided to try his slow entry option of making one Optimum Nutrition mega meal, that is eight servings of one of his recipes. I prepared the stuffed pepper using mostly organic ingredients from Whole foods (a bit of a budget buster). I ate one stuffed pepper, referigerated one, and froze the rest. As the week went on, I found that when I ate a stuffed pepper as a main entree for lunch, I wasn't hungry until dinner, and then I wasn't terribly hungry. I also found I wasn't reaching for a cookie, sugary snack or tempted by ice cream parlors at any time during the day. That has been a truly ife changing event! On most other weight loss diets I've tried ( usually Weight Watchers) I am always hungry-looking in the fridge to find a low point food item to eat. I know I'm pretty early in the CRON game, but so far, I feel like I'm winning 50 point bonus points in a Scrabble match! I'm looking to lost 10-15 pounds, and was inspired to try this after reading about Ms. Skelton in The May 4 Washington Post front page article. She is the same height as me, and healthy in her 60's. Thanks for this site and all the info. MH
