There is one salad I rather like... the Grilled Chicken California Cobb salad has some blue cheese & is sooo tasty. At least it's not the worst thing on the menu. I'm still happy with flavor after removing half of topings. I've used 1/2 of the dressing & it's about 300 cals total (salad & dressing). Here's the link. Probably most of you should close your eyes over the sodium column... how they get that much sodium in a salad amazes me!
