Guest guest Posted March 27, 2007 Report Share Posted March 27, 2007 , it took about 3 weeks for my bone spurs to disappear as opposed to 3 days for the arthritis pain to go away, cleared up my sinus infections too. I agree the taste is awful. Try putting some in apple juice or something else sweet. I also add stevia or maple syrup to mine.
