Hi Pete,

I new to here, but know a little from all " over the place " .

My skin has gotton a whole lot better because I began eating VCO.This

would have to be the greatest way to use it.VCO kills so many unwanted

things in the body.Ive only been on it 2 weeks and my skin has changed

considerably, although thats not the reason Im taking it.

So get your daughter to do her self a favour and start a lifetime habit

and start using VCO,and when she comes out of her teen years, she will

have good skin for life.Look at the ino people, they have great

skin because of VCO.

Also is she drinking lots of water? At least 2 liters a day is a must.

A friend of mine had REALLY bad acne and went to the MD Doc and got a

culture done of the inside of the acne.I dont remember what this is

called,but they make a specialty " anti-dote " for that particular

acne.In 10 -14 days it cleared up.So this might help if nothing else

works. Some acne just wont go away,so that might be a last resort.
