Hi.

I am curious as to how much " VCO " you eat daily. I have 'Tropical

Traditions' variety

of organic virgin coconut oil which I cook with and use medicinally. Also

how do you

ingest the oil, with something else or just plain?! Pete

I get the box with individual packages of Oregon Chai tea at Walmart.make up one

package and add a wopping tablespoonful to that. I have 1-2 a day and put it in

anything else that sounds compatible. But I also use the Expeller pressed forr

all other cooking.I onlyhave coconut oil , olive oil, cod liver oil, and butter

now in the house .I beleive these are the healthiest oils.

The recommended dosage is 3 tablespoons a day which is equivalent to half a

coconut.

If your body can take more, do it. There is really no side effects, the worst

being LBM.

We take it by the spoonful. My husband and son and daughters use a catsup

dispenser and they just squeeze straight into their mouth. This is really a

good idea, you know. so in the house we have color coded catsup dispensers.
