Guest guest
Ok about 3 hours ago I took 2 heaping tsps full of vco then a few minutes later I ate a bowl of pasta. With the pasta I took a cheyenne pepper suppliment. About 20 minutes after I was finished eating I began to feel so nauseated I couldn't hardly stand it. I had to lay down on our couch which helped a little. This went on (about 3 hours) until about 15 minutes ago when I decided to try drinking some tea and taking an enzyme to see if it would help. Within less than 2 minutes of taking the enzyme I was in the bathroom with my head over the toilet. (sorry don't mean to be gross) I don't think I've thrown up so much since I was a teenager and got a severe case of the flu. Can my body just not handle pasta with vco? Or was it the cheyenne pepper? Today was the first time I've taken the pepper. I don't want to stop taking the vco....but I don't think I can go through that again. I'll be more than happy to give up the pasta its a rarity for me anyway. Thanks for the help, Ruth
