Guest guest
I have no idea about the quality of oil in a gelcap. One cannot get much oil into a gellcap. From the data you supplied it looks like a gram of oil per capsule. So 4 caps per teaspoon, and 12 per tablespoon. That means 36 caps a day to get 3 tablespoons of oil. I'll bet that would be quite expensive! Alobar On 12/16/05, Clarity on-Jonker <claire@...> wrote: > Hi all, > > I am one of the ones on this list that have the hardest time choking down > this stuff. Guest guest
Thanks! There are 120 gelcaps per bottle at $10 a bottle. So a 4 day supply for $10 - way expensive! -- Re: NSI VCO gelcaps? Guest guest
Well actually, for you to have the recommended intake of VCO, you have to take 45 capsules a day AND OF COURSE THIS IS NOT AT ALL ADVISED. 1 capsule is .5 ml and 1 gelcap is 1ml. Try putting it in the fridge so it solidifies and try it that way. It's cold up here and all the oil was solidified...thought there was a difference. I warmed mine so that it was liquid, yup real hard to take...the solidifing is a lot easier Hope that helps Alan
Guest guest
Hello! To take VCO easier, you may take it together with your beverage, clamansi / lemon or pineapple juice, or mere warm water. Taking it in gels would be more expensive and if you want to take the recommended dosage, you will be taking a lot of the gel whoch which would be more than the VCO content of the gels ( approx. 7 to 10 ml). Warm regards a and God Bless. . . Rose Villaruel Clarity on-Jonker <claire@...> wrote: Hi all, I am one of the ones on this list that have the hardest time choking down this stuff.
