Guest guest
I too find yoga/qui gong meditation and othe renergy practices my absolute foundation in terms of stability. Churches, meditation /healing rooms etc, through the systematic overlaying of mulitple positive intents, tend to have a very light(high) vibration which is experienced as being positive and rejuvenating. Sick, ill and dysharmonious environments/ people tend to be of a denser(lower) vibration. It is obvious that you are naturally a very sensitive person,as It appears a lot of ES people tend to be. One of the challenges for me has been in learning how to shield myself from, and take on less of, other peoples energies/attitudes and become less of a sponge. Quite difficult in my line of work. For me oceans, lakes, rivers, and nature tend to promote harmony and well being, malls , supermarkets fluro lit spaces and negative people are a big no no. A > > Thanks for the info about gemstones. When I have held some before I got a very good energy from them which makes me broach the question of all energies, spiritual and physical. Are you guys sensitive to evil or holy things? What about people? I am sensitive to people who are not in good health also to the point that sometimes I can't stand to be around them, I get nauseous and have other feelings of depression and so forth. I know when I am in Church it's like I am basking in the sunlight when I am in front of the blessed sacrament and I also have an aversion to things that are obviously evil. I am wondering if this is not a deeply spiritual thing too. > > Thanks, > > > >
