Hi Joan,

I didn't take the supplements at the same time I was doing the BE. I did the

protocol first and then took the other products because I was using the 4hz

and didn't want to take any chances. I did over 100 hours of BE (with

colloidal silver) and started on the supplements immediately after that for a

month or two even though I was feeling better at that time. Below is the

list:

Proanthocyanidins

Beta Glucan

Sam's Formula

Olive Leaf Extract

Colloidal Silver

Microhydrin

Aloe

Kombucha

Homozon (on and off)

Vital Ion

Do you notice any difference with the increased time?

<<Once again, thanks for the kindness and individual attention--without

it, I don't think I could get through these rough couple of months.>>

That's why we're here and I hope you see a difference soon.

Hi Auj,

TY for your advice. :-)

I agree about the veggies/fruit . And since deciding not to vaccinate our little

girl Ruby (nearly 2) anymore, we have improved our eating habits regarding those

two things.

Wheatgrass you say? What are its benefits then?

Its so interesting , all this new info. Im enjoying learning from everyone.

:-)

Thanx,

Debbie,

While I'm not convinced that these supplements help with weight

loss, I do take them. The only thing I take religiously are

creatine, glutamine, and citrucel. I went to see Dr R last week, and

I had a feeling that from reading what other patients had to say that

he was going to say to start all of the other supplements. So, I

am. I don't remember reading anything about Vit E, but Dr R told me

to start taking it. I'm back on the fish oil, although I can taste

it. I'm back on the ZMA. I've been doing them all(except for bran)

for about a week and the scale has only moved up.

I get my unflavored creatine and glutamine from vitamin world and

take as directed. I add it to my citrucel every night. Simple. I

think the directions say to take it twice day though. I don't know

when they ever expect us to eat :) I've started taknig 2 fish oil

caplets in the morning along with a vit E capsule. I have tummy

problems, so I usually only take 2 vitamins in the course of a day.

At night I take 2 more fish tablets, a caltrate(for calcium) and some

tums. Then before bed I take my citrucel and the ZMA.

There is a webpage with a spreadsheet on it that was very helpful

when I first started, but I don't have the address of it now.

I can't tolerate the herbal supps either, even the Multi , which has herbs in

it, makes me feel bad. So I just don't take them. I have no probs with Deflect.

I actually feel good with that.

every person is different, so don't take stuff that doesn't agree with your

body.

my 2 cents,

Emmi

of course - unless you are allergic to any of the ingredient (not in this

case) it is detoxing your body. Normal symptoms. Try taking 1 capsule 5 min

before going to sleep.

protein then carbs, and exercise hard.

I take a bunch of different supplements and would like

your advice. What four to five supplements should O's

take? I suppose one of them should be Kelp (Fucus) and

the other Calcium?

So what about a multi vitamin mineral, Vit C, B-Complex, collodial minerals,

digestive enzymes? Are you saying that we don't really need those and should

get the ones you suggested instead? -Amy

I agree with . I take deflect, and probiotics

for O's that are Dr. D'Adamos especially made for

blood type. I eat so much fresh dark green leafy

vegetables and exercise, so I don't take more than

1000 mg. Calcium. And I only take that because I am a

woman almost 60 years old. We often have trouble with

bones. I am going to add the other ones

suggested because I know he is very knowledgeable.

The whole idea of this diet is to get most of your nutrients from food.

However, the truth is that most of us don't eat well enough (lack of

greens). Spend your money on organic food first.

The healthiest people on the planet (HUNZA) have never taken any

supplements.

Should we supplement with the products below?

1 - digestive enzymes. Do you eat the way you should or are you eating non O

friendly snacks, too many starches etc..?

If the answer is yes, then work on the diet first and save your $$$$

2 - colloidal minerals. If you spent the same amount of money on

greens/seaweeds per month, you'd feel like SUPERWOMAN.

3 - VIT C. Eat foods high in vit. C. You will get much better protection.

4 - b - complex. Again, food first, but this may be needed by Os.

5 - multi. Eat well first, and if you feel that you still need extra help,

use NATURAL ones only. NEW CHAPTER'S is my suggestion.

So how do I justify my suggestions?

Well regardless of your health or diet, these 4 products will make you

healthier. They help to repair and protect your digestive/immune system.

Remember: if your colon is not clean, the rest of the body isn't either.

hope this helps.

I do think so, but it is important to hit the essentials. Treat the causes of stress. This statement goes for that part of what the QXCI does. On the other hand, it is so, that we can achieve ( a big deal more ) or ONLY with special amino acid / fatty acid/ mineral and vitamin suppletion just because of the fact that we all are depleted in any way or another.

If qxci is used to test or treat does it mean that fewer or no supplements are needed. Thanks Elly Friedman............................................

Gideon replied:

In my opinion, the nutrition "treatment" delivers corrective energy. You still have the have the vitamins and minerals and aminos and fatty acids in the body. Also, The QXCI will not turn cardboard into good nutrients. In other words, junk supplements do not become better with the QXCI.

Mike,

Herbal-Life, as well as any supplement, has the potential to be allergenic. I use the term allergenic to describe any abnormal reaction by the body. Some would call it a sensitivity. Regardless, any substance can create an abnormal reaction in a person predisoposed to such a reaction. This can be brought on by endocrine weakness, as well as many other imbalances. No supplement is for everyone, as the manufacturers would have us believe. I could have a great response to a particular supplement, while you might have no response or even a negative reaction. I muscle test every patient for their supplements. I can't tell you how many patients have turned out to be weaker on their supplements. And for goodness sake I've seen MDs, Naturopaths, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and other energy workers prescribe more than 10 or 12 supplements/ homeopathics at one time. This is ridiculous if not negligent.

Another problem is that many of these herbal/nutritional companies make formulations with too many different substances in them. They put in a little SIberian ginseng, a little echinacea, a little goldenseal, a little spirulina, a little this and a little of that. It all too often makes no sense. Every herb and vitamin has its own unique energetics. We must learn to respect this. I recommend you test all your clients on their supplements. I don't own a QX (yet) so I don't know how it can do it, but it should be done.

Herbal life is a product ( I am talking about the milkshaky thing ) made for at least 25 % of milk powder. It is genetically manipulated. In regard to weight loss, knowing what Bill says about dairy when it comes to that, it is contradictory, again. A certain doctor gave the description: "alien proteins" ( re. their digestability ) to whatever animal proteins. Above that, Bovine lacto - amino acids are knows to create pancreas problems. In my view it does not fdit in Naturopathy. Noel Holland.

Hello all,

Thank you very much for the wonderful response I have received to my request for feedback regarding the QXCI and BICOM equipment. I have since had a number of useful conversations with people who contacted me directly.

It is a credit to you all that you are so willing to share your knowledge so openly. I hope in the future to be able to reciprocate.

I have a further question regarding supplements which I hope is not inappropriate for this group:

Do any of you offer / recommend Herbal Life supplements to your clients? The reason I ask is that I have heard from a Clinical Kinesiologist that they have come across a few people who are allergic to some of them. I am not sure if this would be the case with any manufacturer's supplements or if it is because they are of poor quality. They are supposedly all made from completely natural products.

Once again any comments would be welcome.

Thanking you in advance,

Mike. ............................................

We do not sell Herbal Life at our location, however I have tested it on several of my clients who have brought it in with them. Results, some very positive and some not (non-responsive as well as allergic). In response to the other question regarding ALL supplements...I have as yet found NO company which tests positive (A+ grading) on all clients. A product is as individual as the client you are working on. It all depends on their body chemistry, toxicity, stress, frame of mind, etc.

If anyone ever finds one please advise me, I'd love to know!

Yours in Health

My granddaughter was caught up in this MLM company (Herbal Life). I muscle tested the ones she had with her and they all muscle tested very weak. On reading the label, it says that another company makes these supplements for them (who and where is this done, and how (FDA approved lab?). Also, my daughter started taking some of them and had a lot of stomach problems because of them. Made her very weak....................all I can say is BE CAREFUL!
