Some say black pepper bad for liver, some say good liver tonic for an example Even nutritionist don't agree on everything. why is it so difficult to establish once and for all if a certain herb or supplement or whatever is beneficial or not. I've now decided it is the cayenne that is giving me the indigestion. Had no other supplements this morning, got up late thought i'd wait until dinner time.
