Sorry to hear your not fairing well. What is FMS??? I've heard of

PMS, but NOT FMS. Was this a " type-O " ?

Yes, I've read " The Miracle of Coconut Oil " , as well as " Eat Fat,

Look Thin " , " Cooking with Coconut Flour " , " Coconut Lover's

Cookbook " , " The Healing Crisis " , and " The Detox Book " , all by Dr.

Fife. As far as I'm concerned...they're ALL page turners!!!

skipped a couple chapters on the science part that was just too

confusing for me. but i borrowed it from the library and will be

purchasing it. I have slacked seriously in the coconut department. I

think because it's not new to me anymore and I am in a MAJOR FMS

flair up. and fainting constantly. fell down the stairs last night.

so gingerly putting vco on my leg and side. I am just banged up a

bit. but hoping to make some stuff with cf today. we'll see.
