Why not just use the sr16 with the latest data? You have to do your own planning anyway.

I put it in a spreadsheet and I can save that days version each day.

Make you own.

Regards.

I've found discrepancies in fitday.com before, it makes me more than a little bit crazy at times.Question (for anyone): Have you found anything that is more reliable? I've run across quite a few other nutrition logs online before but have never tried any, just because I've got everything entered into fitday.com for such a long time now and like having it all in one place. I may start playing with a few other ones, though. Also, has anyone used the downloadable software from walford.com? I downloaded it and played around with it very briefly, just haven't taken the time to tinker with it much.Wonder if anyone has opinions on any of this.

I too was thinking of how we were recently discussing accidents. I remind

everyone that a year or so ago, Atkins, the doctor of high protein diet

fame, died from a slip and fall on the ice.

As I mentioned to Rod off list, ice is treacherous.
