Guest guest
" The supplement L-Citrulline helps make the kidney tubules work more efficiently. It also helps with liver detox. " I just did a search on L-Citrulline (with which I am completely unfamiliar) and saw that many companies combine it with L-Arginine. Two questions: What do you think of that combo? How much L-Citrulline do you take and when? Thanks! Ginny
Guest guest
I buy NOW brand Citrulline. I take 2 capsules (1,000 mg each), morning and late night on an empty stomach. I am 63 and weigh 190 pounds. If I am not careful and take in too much Arginine, I get an outbreak of oral Herpes, so I stay away from adding extra Arginine.
