Guest guest
As per usual, using the whole herb is preferred to the refined version, but sometimes that is all you can get unless you grow your own and make your own liquid tinctures.- Not many are gonna do that. Any form of stevia is preferred to spenda or aspertame or any type of sugar in my book. I will tell you that my liquid tincture is CLEAR and it was done from my handgrown, hand picked stevia leaves, no processing whatsoever. The white powder I use sometimes, it is refined, does not have all the nutrients of the plant- so you lose some of the benefits, but its the pure sweetener portion. Now considering the very tiny amounts of that powder that we are using- I seriously doubt we are going to bump into any imbalance problems for a long time to come. The liquids I buy are in amber bottles but the liquid is also brown, you won't see that tho until you actually use it.
