'diet' was not used in that context, as in losing weight. My diet

consists of carbs, fruit veg etc. However a lot of people do go on

low carb/Atkins to lose weight don't they.

Jovelle

I made a few comments and showed an interest, that's all. I thought i

might learn a bit, if and how much has the low carb way of eating

changed etc. I may not have done lots of research on this subject.

I did not know we needed to thoroughly research a topic everytime we

were allowed an opinion or post on this site, get real. I have read

Atkins however, many years ago. I did the 'diet' for a few weeks. I

have loads of studying to do and really haven't the time. I do

however know about healthy eating, i've done several courses on

nutrition. There is lots of research to say it isn't healthy, why

don't you do your research? My god you are so aggressive about this

subject, attacking people just because they dare to disagree with

you. I really don't care anymore and this definately is my final

word on the subject.
