He was taking medicinal licorice and advocating it before Hopkins came out with neurally mediated hypotention. (It acts like Florinef.) He's been pretty much on the mark. My 11 y/o suffers Migranes ADHD,SPL. I'm curious about the Tourette's, because i think i used to have a mild form (I sure did have a lot of tics) and have epilepsy. How is your child? Of course, you don't have to answer, I'm just being curious... Like Aisha says, here you can answer questions or just ignore me if you want, according to how you feel...isn't that cool? So what type of attacks do you have? I've always had the simple partials, eventually a complex partial, and since age 21 or 22 grand mals. The Dilantin keeps them away, but it took me 4 years to get used to taking the stupid pill every day! BTW, I just remembered I gotta go take it... I used to have lots of anxiety and panic attacks, my mom just kept saying I was trying to make her nervous. Now, I read the Bible and pray a lot, and that has gotten rid of all (well, most) the panic and fear. plus my hubby is the kind who will fight anything and can disarm a thief with bare hands. THAT keeps me calm... Then again, maybe living as a little child in a country where a coup had just happened, there were often blackouts and people were telling the gov about any commie around (who would get tortured or killed) gives anyone panic attacks!
