Actually, I've seen people report that they've gotten over their

MCS and ES, and have NEVER come back to report a relapse. Myself,

I am significantly improved, and have been that way for several

years. Certainly I don't have any problems any longer with

airplanes, driving, power lines, telephones, while I am still

bothered by computer monitors and florescent lighting.

Also, while I'm sure that you've probably tried a LOT of things

(perhaps you've listed them in a previous post?), I don't think

anyone can claim to have tried " everything " . For example, I

also tell people that I've tried about everything, when in

actuality I could name all sorts of things that I know about

but never bothered to try (e.g. acupuncture, ayurvedic medicine,

chinese medicine)

As for specifics, I have probably tried several hundred different

things over the past 6 years, but as for those things that have

made a significant difference over the years, well, there are very

few:

- EMF protection devices from Quantum Products

- Microhydrin / Mega-H / Ultimate Mega-H (antioxidant)

- Cellfood (mineral / oxygen supplement)

- mercury filling removal

- NDF (heavy metal chelator)

- EMF protection devices from Springlife Polarity

- Agrisept-L (citrus seed extract anti-fungal)

And I find that even those people who have claimed to have tried

" everything " have most likely tried hardly any of the above

items... :-)

Oh, I should also add that my exposure to computer monitors

and florescent lighting is high. I work 40 hours per week

in a building lit by florescent lights, and sitting in front

of a computer monitor. And I also spend a significant

amount of time in front of a computer at home.

So with a change of profession and hobbies, I could consider

myself " ES free " already... my wife works as a yoga

instructor -- I would have no problems at all with that

sort of environment... (although the dimmer switches in

her studio used to be a big problem for me)

Marc -

You're right, of your list I've tried the quantum products with debatable

help for me if any and i have had my mercury fillings removed. i do take

lots of antioxidants and trace minerals. Of your list maybe I will try the

polarizer - which one did you find works the best for you?

For me, I use the smaller Springlife Polarizers, which are about 1.5 "

and 3 " long:

http://choosecra.com/htmlpages/homepage/prodinfo/sprnglfunits.html

The larger sizes are certainly stronger, but for me stronger is not

necessarily better, as that usually gives me unpleasant detox symptoms.

I suspect that my body mobilizes toxins when I'm using these, so

I have to make sure that I don't overdo it. So basically I could

use the larger sizes for short periods each day, or the smaller

sizes for long periods.

As for antioxidants and trace minerals, again I'm being very specific

with my recommendations -- I've tried at least a dozen antioxidant

suppements and at least a dozen mineral supplements, and for me,

Mega-H and Cellfood are unique. But I probably should stress

the " for me " part, as I've heard from others who saw no benefit

from trying either.

Also, a popular supplement these days for toxin removal is

a liquid zeolite product called " NCD " . I find that I'm really

intolerant of this product at even a fraction of the recommended

dosage, but this actually could be a sign that it could really

be beneficial in the longterm if I could gradually build up

a tolerance to it.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but here

are links to what I'm using:

Ultimate Mega-H (From Vision E3Live)

http://www.e3live.com/ultimate_megah.htm

I'm using the powder (1/4 scoop at a time) mixed into

a glass of water.

Cellfood (From Lumina Health):

http://www.luminahealth.com/products/cellfood.htm

I use a couple drops mixed into a glass of water.

I find that the Mega-H is useful for quick relief

of ES symptoms. The Cellfood is useful for non-ES

problems, like allergies, energy levels, chemical

sensivities, oxygen starvation...

The E3Live brand is also manufactured by Flanagan. I get

the same positive results from both brands. The only thing

I insist on is using the powder, as I notice immediate results

when taking it this way, plus I can control the dosage more

precisely, plus I don't have to worry about having any

adverse reaction to the filler ingredients that might

be in the capsules.

Also, Flanagan had discontinued the Mega-H powder when I

tried to order some, because they were going to start

selling " Megahydrate " powder (new, improved). I think

the E3Live version is already the new, improved version

(although to me it doesn't matter, as they both work)
