Hello! Had to post this after inhaling a scrumptious smoothie. This is

the first time I made something with the 3 tbsp. vco that went down

with complete pleasure.

add to blender:

7 oz. - Knudsen Pineapple Coconut Juice

2 oz. - Filtered water

1 ripe banana

1 heaping tbsp. - Garden of Life Goatein Powder

3 heaping tbsp. - Tropical Traditions VCO

(next time I will experiment with 1/2 a banana to reduce the sugar)

Thanks for the smoothe receipt . I like to get my bananas when they are ripe

and are discounted at the store then peel them and insert them in a sip lock bag

and freeze. it then cut down on the ice and make a real cold smoothe. Carson

Re: yummy!

done to 1/2 banana and up to 3 Tbl VCO! Thanks for sharing...

1 cup kefir

1 cup frozen three berry mix (from Costco)

1 Banana

1 Tbl VCO - Tropical Traditions

1 Tbl Agave

1 ounce NingXia Red Juice

sometime I will add a little bit of purified water to thin.

Donna, I am going to try it with coconut water today! The smoothie

is kind of thick and sugary for everyday. Thanks for the idea. :)

try one tomorrow morning. :)
