Guest guest
Hello! Had to post this after inhaling a scrumptious smoothie. This is the first time I made something with the 3 tbsp. vco that went down with complete pleasure. add to blender: 7 oz. - Knudsen Pineapple Coconut Juice 2 oz. - Filtered water 1 ripe banana 1 heaping tbsp. - Garden of Life Goatein Powder 3 heaping tbsp. - Tropical Traditions VCO (next time I will experiment with 1/2 a banana to reduce the sugar)

Guest guest
Donna, I am going to try it with coconut water today! The smoothie is kind of thick and sugary for everyday. Thanks for the idea. > > > > Hello! Had to post this after inhaling a scrumptious smoothie.
