It's possible that nobody replied because they don't know the answer. I think there may be other factors besides distance to consider. For example, is it within line-of-sight to your house, or are there buildings blocking it? Also, the strength of the signal is a consideration, and probably also if you spend more time on the side of the house facing the station or the other side of the house. Guest guest
Generally speaking I think 200 meters is about where the beam of radiation meets the ground - so its not the best place to be regarding the tower. Brick walls certainly do a lot to shield you from the MW radiation, but I certainly wouldn't live that clost to one! Guest guest
Hello Konstantin, in my opinion, the meters from Gigahertz Solutions, the HF Analysers, are the best-buy at the moment. They are precies and the readings are direct in uW/m2. The agent in the USA is Enviratest ( Steller) www.enviratest.com Lessemf has them in their programm. High Frequency Meter (Cat. #A481) www.lessemf.com/rf.html Gigahertz now has an optional *variable frequency filter*, the VF2, which is to be placed between the meter and the antenna. With it, one can determine the frequency involved. Guest guest
Depending on the height of the base station the main beam will reach the ground in about 100 to 200 m. But also closer to the base station you will find spots of fairly high intensity of radiation so called hot spots. With a newly erected station in our village I could measure this. The same day as the base station started, one of my patients living in a distance of almost 900 m developed a sleep disturbance, which disappeared immediatedly after using bioprotect. From the sleeping room you could see directly the antenna. So one can see, distance by itself is not safe, not at 30 m, nor 100 nor 200m nor 900 m. When there is a house between you and the station you may be safe even in 200 m, and even a tree without leaves as in winter significantly decreases the radiation. One of my electrosensitive patients feels fine when he is about 50 m within a forest with a base station besides the forest in 200 m distance. dietrich gruen
