It's baffling why ES folks would mess with infra-red

saunas when there are Finnish saunas. Heat them up, turn it off

and sweat.

Either way, I've been taking Niacin 15 minutes prior to entering

the sauna that I'm lucky enough to have at home. The Niacin seems to

have helped make me feel a little better (more energetic, making

some moves). Still electro sensitive as hell though and convinced

it's never going away.

That's a bad feeling one that I also live with, I note that I definitely

feel worse ie more sensitive on days when we have full low cloud cover and

drizzle - come on lets have the ideas on this one please - UK

Hi ,

I find that to be true for me too--cells and microwaves seem more potent on

those days. Maybe they up the frequencies on cloudy rainy days? Just a guess.

Thought maybe there is more atmospheric interference?
