Guest guest
The answer is quite simple. Where other countries do follow the guide lines from ICNIRP, Belgium has used lower values, and now is lowering them again. For instance: for GSM900: ICNIRP says 41 V/m Belgium was 20.9 V/m Belgium now 3 V/m Some cities in France now 0.6 V/m. City of Paris uses max 2 V/m. A person who had much trouble in Amsterdam (Netherlands) travelled by train to Paris, stayed there for two weeks and had no trouble there at all. Guest guest
Hi ,  Nothing in your story is crazy or unusual in regards to feeling better or worse depending on the geographic location. If I did not go back and forth between Europe (feel like a million bucks in Austria, Croatia, South of Italy, Paris) and North America, I would not have discovered that it is EMS bothering me. I would lose 7 kilos in two weeks while in Europe and put them all back in one week coming back home to Canada. I guarantee you that I ate a lot more and moved LESS while in Europe. It is just a part of the EMS issue. However, your advantage is that you live in a place that does not bother you. How LUCKY is that?!   The most important thing is a self-diagnosis, pulling your sleeves up and starting to repair yourself. In the last 10 months I have taken some drastic and costly measures such as; moved out of Toronto to the countryside, pulled out many grams of metal (implants, crowns, amalgam) out of my mouth , following Dr. Kelley's cancer treatment with liver enemas and gallbladder flushes, and some easy ones such as; throwing away my beloved coil mattress, replacing it with the latex, buying filters and all kinds of gadgets for EMS, doing homoeopathic and various other daily treatments.  Now I am well enough to look at and start working on the mental aspect and hopefully delete some of the corrupt brain files through clearings and take care of the emotional problems that helped EMS developed in my body.  Basically from being bed ridden I am functional and getting better all the time. It took years to screw up my immune system, it will take years to repair it.  Your advantage is that you feel better at home so you can slowly work on it and eventually travelling will not be a problem at all.    From: <@...> Subject: Re: Just a crazy story Date: Monday, February 22, 2010, 5:27 PM  Hi , > , have you traveled to South America? or New Zealand? or Australia? Guest guest
Yes I would say it is EFT. Through this group I met Bill from Florida who has helped in guiding me how to acquire some basic knowledge such as muscle testing etc. I hope to learn more in the coming months but it is another time consuming skill for sure. It is just finding the time between working, detoxing etc.  From: stephen_vandevijver e <stephen_vandevijve r e@...> Subject: Re: Just a crazy story groups (DOT) com Date: Monday, February 22, 2010, 5:27 PM  Hi , > , have you traveled to South America? or New Zealand? or Australia? You don't have to travel to Thailand, there are many places in Belgium, where the elektrosmog is very low. Especially in the borden regions. Along the autoroutes, in Belgium the masts are merely GSM1800, where in the Netherlands the most part are GSM900, which harm more. The TETRA, in Belgium called the Astrid network, is not so overwhelming as in the Netherlands. Electrosensitives should stay far away from magnets, even when they are called, Bio. member Verband Baubiologie www.milieuziektes. nl www.milieuziektes. be www.hetbitje. nl checked by Norton Just a crazy story > Hi all, > > I was not sure whether I should post this, because it is too absurd to be > true, but whether I like it or not it is true and I think I should share > it... > > I'm 31 years old and I live in Belgium. I admit I have a cell phone! I put it on speaker and almost never I call longer than one minute, usually I call back with standard phone... I remind never to keep it close... I have had a 3G card on my laptop for like one month but it was indeed untolerable. It was temporary as I didn't have internet on that location... At my house or at my work I have everything non-wireless... The cable guy who installed the Internet here was surprised I wasn't gonna take his offer for the free wireless router. The non-wireless option was actually more expensive! But he got it settled... one year later he is probably still in doubt why the hell anybody would prefer a non-wireless version! Guest guest
> There may be other pollutants involved making the ES/EMF > worse? Hi Kooky, Well I'm really 99% certain it is EMF... It is difficult to explain why I'm sure about this... 3 years ago it was even worse than now. And then I could sense it even better once I was going into another country... It began 3 years ago, I was driving to the Belgian coast, I kinda like to drive, and was taking the country route through Netherlands. I was like 15' in the Netherlands (low-emf region: Zeeland) got a headache and after doing this route for 2 times, I thought this must be coincidence... So I drove again for a longer period... Because my symptoms really depend 100% on which side of the border I am(give or take a copple of miles) it's almost certain it is 2G or 3G... Because only the cell phone masts are emitting not much further than the border...

Guest guest
, thank you for your story, I call it a crazy story, not that I consider myself crazy. It's meant a bit ironic... I should also go to Austria/Switzerland as EMF is indeed quite low there... In the past 3 years I have done a number of things... It will probably show that as we all know by now, everybody is different and what works for one person doesn't necessarily... I will divide it in what I think did me some good, bad or no idea... GOOD: -2 sessions at central nerve system specialist A.v.E. (I can give you her contacts if somebody's interested; she's from the Netherlands)). Very competent, she has written many interesting books (in Dutch). Her practice is based on fact that you can't heal unless your central nerve system is not on overload. Which I think most agree here, but her therapy is also very effective. My central nerve system was on overload of course, after session 1 I already had very good results. This was 3 months ago. I'm quite sure her therapy got me better. -Visiting Buddhist monks/leader in Thailand: very interesting, did no wonders but spiritually inspiring -Meditation: should do it more, because it helps... BAD: -Bio-magnet (which may have caused my sensitivity so as mentioned I wouldn't try any more magnets!) -6 NAET-treatments (for allergies, I think my food allergies got worse since then! possible because my central nerve system wasn't up to the job back then; or because of my liver, don't know) -7 alternative reiki-kinda energy therapies (maybe with another therapist a more capable one it could've done me some good) -Schüssler salts: combined two different numbers (as suggested), even with one 1/3 day-dose I had migraine for 3 days and more annoyingly worsened my low emf-sensitivity -Tea!: I bought it in a regular retail store, no special stuff, afterwards I read it has a bit of " St-'s wort " in it. I've drunk two teas in one weekend and suddenly I felt every cell phone mast whilst driving in the city (in Belgium). This sensitivity for high-emf got better after a few days. But I've also gotten more sensitive to cars since then (my guess is that the tea has diminished my manganese-level) DON'T KNOW WHETHER THE FOLLOWING HAS HELPED ME OR NOT: -Got rid of my amalgam fillings (3 years ago) -5 Quint-therapies with doctor + portable personally programmed Quint -5 Treatments at specialist on radiation (worked at Nasa!) -Tachyon (good for my EMF-sensitivity also abroad but it gives me artritis!) -Salt in pyramid: benzoliet + other stuff... -Akaija-pendant... It's a silly thing but it does something! -Qlink Ally: I feel a difference, maybe it helps, don't know -Portable that's emitting earth frequency -2 sessions with some resonator in doctor's therapy -Pendant with energy-symbols -Black tourmaline, crystal,... -Something to hook up my battery of car and electricity at home -2 Laser-energy-therapies: didn't continue because I wasn't sure whether it was good in the long run -Vitamins/minerals/... -Himalaya-salt (take it almost every day): good for my knees but too difficult to tell what it does in the long run -Salt baths -Food pads for detox -Checking my house for geopathic radiation -Hair tests -2 x Chellation + urine test -Bioglusamin+manganese (together): after one 1/2 day- portion it did wonders for my low emf sensitivity (for like 2 days) but bad for migraine/hypoglycemia I think it shows we're all searching! As you can read some therapies have gotten me less strong and more allergies. On the other hand my sensitivity abroad has gotten much better (although still very much untolerable)... For the past 6 months I know better what I should try and have gotten more patient. I think with changing my diet I'll automatically detox... Detox-stuff is too strong for me... NOW/FUTURE: -I don't use any of the above: except Himalaya-salt I'll probably continue -Manganese only (maybe later molybdenum also) and see how I react -Omega 3 -Check further for mineral shortages -DIET: Yin/Yang-check: Check which end of the scale you are -> change diet -DIET: Ideal combinations of food: for instance do not combine potatoes/rice/... with meat... -DIET: No more sugar, gluten and no dairy: quite sure this is an improvement (feel as if it does me good). I used to be kinda sugar+Danone- addicted... -Check for allergies (again) -Cook's diode -Lymph drainage (I think this will be a large improvement, and will make my body better absorb essential minerals) -... > > > From: <@...> > Subject: Re: Just a crazy story > > Date: Monday, February 22, 2010, 5:27 PM > > >  > > > > Hi , > > > , have you traveled to South America? or New Zealand? or Australia? > > No I haven't been outside Europe in the past 3 years except in Thailand... > > > Or have you really tried any places at least 8 Km from the cities and > > visible towers? > > I don't think it is possible to go 8 km away from any cellphone/3G/ UMTS-tower in France/Germany/ UK/Netherlands! > > Maybe on a canoe?! 2 weeks ago I went to UK with the ferry and my headache started a copple of miles before arriving at the shore > (and at the meantime I had no idea we were that close to England I was reading a book inside!)... > > My best guess is that it has got to do with 3G/UMTS. According to scientists 3G is a lot more harmful than 2G (only cellphone). The past few hours I've been reading more info. about 3G: > > -In Thailand they have got no 3G (but they plan it for the future). > > -In Belgium they have got 3G and they use 2100 MHz-band and (since 2008) the 900 MHz-band. In other European countries they use 2100 MHz but will start using 900 MHz (and maybe 1800 MHz). Download speed of 3G is 7.2 Mbps in Belgium and in other European countries it is the same or less. But I still don't see any explanation why I'm okey in Belgium and not in the other European-countries. .. > > P.S. > > http://www.gsmworld .com/roaming/ gsminfo/index. shtm > > This is an interesting website on 3G. Guest guest
Hey, Jennie!  YESSSS, I so agree! People often think I am too flippant or silly, but lighten up! We have really heavy stuff to deal with in our lives. Find what you can laugh about and laugh! Btw, you are like.... my twin! I have been meaning to write you about some of your former posts, but I just don't have much time to post any more.  My best regards, Diane From: Jennie Wassenaar <ad-in@...> Subject: Re: Re: Just a crazy story Date: Monday, February 22, 2010, 10:54 PM  , I did not find your comments mocking. I think many of us have had the same thoughts as you. I am a person who tends to be very animated when I talk and write!! While I am a very responsible person I look at the positive and lighter side of life. And I think if I didn't temper handling the struggles that EMS, MCS and allergies have brought into my life with some humor I would end up being depressed or chemical dependent. Even though our lives are limited, they can still be full of joy and life! Guest guest
Jennie, My plan is to rent an island first, later I buy one and build some guest houses there?! Am I serious about this? I don't know! Take a look at: http://www.privateislandsonline.com/susac-island.htm It's far enough from the shore so it hasn't got much 2G/3G-radiation. It is between the shore of Croatia and Italy, great climate! > > I am hoping to bicycle to a jungle in Brazil someday, if the canoe doesn't work out. lol > > > > Hi Evie, > You're not the only one. > > , have you traveled to South America? or New Zealand? or Australia? > Or have you really tried any places at least 8 Km from the cities and > visible towers? > > With the one exception of Thailand, everywhere you mentioned is in Europe. > > Maybe anyone else here could tell us their experience in traveling to > other countries. Guest guest
, Let us know if you do!! At this point I am totally unemployable - which I am sure is not unusually for people in our situation. But I am a really good cook. and because I have to eat gluten free I am developing new recipes, so that could be my contribution! And an island, sound good! I don't know if you read my previous post about opening up a bed and breakfast. My husband is an avid downhill skier and for the last few years we have vacationed a couple of weeks at a time in Park City, Utah. Those couple of week a year I feel better than I do the rest of the year. There are less cell towers per square mile than where I currently live (in Michigan) and the air more negatively charges in the mountains which I think helps me to feel better as well. Anyhow we have talked about opening a bed and breakfast that was EMS and MCS friendly so folks like us would find it easier to travel.
